About the Role - Offer legal advice and counseling for employment matters including exempt and non-exempt classifications. Assist with employment separations, non-competes, and compliance, and other state and federal employment-related laws. Offer employment counseling, including providing risk assessment, addressing employee complaints and conflicts. Reviewing, editing and drafting of employee handbooks and employment policies. Qualifications - A minimum of 3 years' experience, gained within a large law firm setting. Excellent academics, including JD from a top tier law school. Licensed to practice in Colorado.
