We are seeking a MH Insight Manager for the Central Region Project Management Department.
The MH Insight Manager is critical in managing feedback, insights, and operational improvements within MH Lending. This role aligns with Credit Human's mission to improve member financial slack, focusing on operational excellence, member engagement, and system improvements.

Highlights:
Lead, coach, develop, and mentor subordinates to create and support a high-quality system of the delivery of services and collection of data
Build and maintain the operational capability and capacity to effectively support lending products/programs, production, and services to current and future members and to ensure member knowledge of our value proposition during transaction
Lead Indirect MH Loan Advisors team in creating and maintaining relationships during the members loan transaction while supporting the BDE’s and referral sources relationships by adding and demonstrating value
Continuously develop and refine processes to deliver work with increasing quality and pace while reducing waste, redundancy, and variance
Continuously monitor markets and industry trends to determine threats and opportunities for fit with future requirements of Credit Human
Advance and expand the knowledge of business unit, related channels, and consumer behavior to enable sustainable growth of loan origination via increased engagement
Experience:
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity, successfully directing staff in product/program and systems design, development, delivery, and execution to support business unit objectives
Previous team management experience includes program development, training, enterprise relationship cultivation, and strong cross-functional collaboration
Demonstrated ability to leverage the collection and analysis of data, garnering insights to meaningfully expand and improve understanding and delivery of programs and services offered via established metrics and tools

Strong relationship building and general business aptitude and abilities with proven skills in making presentations and developing proposals

Salary Range: $112,000 to $122,003 Annually. Bonus potential up to 10%
