Summary
***Up to $7,000 total in bonuses with two year commitment to Confluence Health***Must be an external applicant This position and practice are diagnostic only. Within the scope of Audiology practice, determines patient's needs and provides patient care. This person has the skills, training and professional manner necessary to operate patient care portions of the practice with minimal supervision. At all times, this person contributes to the marketing of quality by the practice by maintaining high standards of professional and personal conduct in all oral and written communication with patients, referral sources and suppliers. Essential Functions
The Audiologist will administer a full range of diagnostic services, including:
Audiological evaluations for pediatric and adult populations
ABR neurological & threshold studies (In office and Operating Room)
OAE
VNG
VEMPs
vHIT
Rotary Chair
ECochG
Travel to outreach facilities in Moses Lake and Omak to cover audiology services.
Provides input on annual budget and equipment requests.
Required to maintain active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Other duties as assigned.

Required:
Doctorate or Master's level degree in Audiology,
Must be a licensed Audiologist in Washington State, of have the ability to obtain Washington State license in a timely manner. (New graduates are welcome to apply.)
Demonstrated ability to work independently and against deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work with patients in busy, difficult, or challenging situations.
Desired:
Advance diagnostic testing experience, such as Vestibular or ABR
