Job Description:

Miami University seeks a Director of Development, University Initiatives to advance the mission of Miami University by planning, organizing, and implementing strategies to increase the level of personal engagement and financial commitment of alumni and friends. As a member of the Central Programs Team, the Director of Development will place a particular emphasis on securing philanthropic and volunteer support for the university and its priorities.

A bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or comparable work experience is required for this position. The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 annually.
