We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Engineer – Contract to join our Research Analytics Decision Science team, driving business growth through data-driven decision making. As a critical part of our organization, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, product, marketing, and customer support and operations, to deliver actionable insights that inform business strategy.
As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic thinking to develop and maintain data models that extract insights from our data warehouse and cloud storage repositories.
You'll drive business value by transforming raw data into actionable intelligence, using modern data stack tools like Snowflake, dbt, Looker, and Hightouch.
In This Role You Will:
Lead sales, finance, marketing, and growth attribution modeling efforts, utilizing data from multiple systems to support marketing performance analysis.
Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to develop business-driven solutions, producing actionable insights for stakeholders.
Provide clean, transformed data ready for analysis, machine learning, and AI.
Apply engineering best practices to analytics code, maintaining high-quality standards.
Maintain data documentation and definitions, ensuring consistency across the organization.
Train and support business users on using data visualization tools.
Work with team members to collect business requirements, define successful analytics outcomes, and design data models.
Craft code that meets internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale database environment.

Credentials and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, information systems, research, business, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum 4-5 years' experience as an analyst, data engineer, data scientist, or equivalent.
Experience building reports and dashboards in a data visualization tool (2+ years).
Experience managing data model systems over time (3+ years).
Experience working with marketing and sales data (3+ years).
Experience with modern data technologies, including Snowflake, dbt, and Looker
Experience working with APIs to configure integrations for marketing and sales automations
Segment experience a plus.
Experience analyzing data with R, Python, and SQL.
Experience with Hightouch

This role is designed to be remote. This contract will be for 12 months and 40 hours/week.
