Bilingual Receptionist at Ultimate Staffing Services in Sacramento, California

Job Description:

We are currently hiring for a Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Front Desk Receptionist for a company here in Sacramento! This is a temporary position paying between $20.00-22.00/hour.


Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Greet visitors that come into the office in a warm and friendly manner
- Assist in resolving office issues with phone connectivity, maintenance, and updates to employee extensions
- Maintain Outlook Calendar for building events
- Order office supplies


Skills & Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (Required!)
- A minimum of 6 months to 1+ year(s) of prior clerical or Receptionist experience
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Availability to work a full-time schedule (Monday - Friday)
