The Customer Service Travel Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional service with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism. Our goal is to ensure 100% guest satisfaction by fostering strong relationships through every interaction, whether by phone or email!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle 30-50 inbound calls daily, assisting guests with booking travel arrangements and addressing inquiries.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
Stay informed on international travel requirements by utilizing internal resources, the State Department website, and news sources.
Advise clients on passport and visa requirements for international travel.
Assist clients in uploading accurate personal documentation necessary for travel.
Troubleshoot technology and process-related issues with clients over the phone.
Provide clear, helpful guidance while maintaining patience and professionalism.
Requirements:
1 year of customer service experience; retail/hospitality/or restaurant industry experience is great. We are willing to train!
Strong problem-solving skills.
High degree of patience and conflict de-escalation skills.
Verbal and written communication skills, including listening, researching and decision-making skills.

Pay rate: $21/hr
Schedule: 9AM -5:30PM Monday - Friday
Location: 100% in office in Edina
