Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with expertise in financial consolidations to join our growing corporate accounting team. This role is critical in managing the consolidation of financial results across multiple global entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting accurate and timely financial reporting.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-entity accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex financial structures within an international corporate environment. A background in audit (Big 4 or public accounting experience) is a significant plus, as it provides the technical expertise and attention to detail needed to excel in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations for multiple international entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS (if applicable).


• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.


• Ensure intercompany transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and eliminated in the consolidation process.


• Assist in the preparation of financial reporting packages for senior management, external auditors, and regulatory agencies.


• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.


• Maintain and enhance consolidation processes, internal controls, and accounting policies across international subsidiaries.


• Collaborate with operations and accounting teams across different regions to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.


• Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting across multiple jurisdictions.


• Stay up to date with GAAP, IFRS (if applicable), and other relevant accounting standards to ensure compliance.


• Participate in special projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives to enhance global financial operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).


• 
  6+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in corporate accounting, consolidations, or financial reporting within an international organization.


• 
  Audit background (Big 4 or public accounting experience) is a significant plus.


• 
  CPA or CMA certification (preferred but not required).


• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS (preferred), and financial reporting principles.


• Experience working with ERP systems and financial consolidation software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, or similar).


• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling).


• Strong understanding of foreign currency translations, intercompany eliminations, and multi-entity financial consolidation.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced global environment
