Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the hiring and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new employees.
Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Administer employee benefits programs and provide support in benefits-related matters.
Handle confidential documents with discretion and maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
Perform scanning, data entry, and other administrative HR tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Coordinator required.
Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and compliance regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is an on-site position at our South Pasadena office.
