Key Responsibilities:
Planning, scheduling, supervising, and coordinating landscape construction projects
Represent Pierre Landscape in all dealings with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, clients, architects, consultants, inspectors, and government authorities
Serve as the primary customer contact, addressing questions, concerns, and complaints on behalf of the company
Direct, manage, schedule, and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
Review and modify project plans to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and legal requirements
Review estimates and understand scope of work, contracts, plans, specifications, submittals, and testing requirements
Pre-plan assigned jobs and ensure smooth project closeout
Develop project schedules to anticipate and accommodate manpower, equipment, and material needs
Evaluate and oversee the quality and efficiency of subcontractors and suppliers and direct corrective action if needed
Track costs against estimates, oversee project cost accounting, and manage billing through project completion
Negotiate and execute change orders, and T&M orders, with full authority to bind Pierre
Visit job sites regularly to maintain awareness of construction progress and build strong relationships with project stakeholders
Problem-solve and troubleshoot challenges at all stages of projects to ensure the highest level of quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability
Manage project documentation, including change orders, billings, field production tracking, purchase orders, shop drawings, and contracts
Mobilize equipment and crews, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds quality expectations
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of project management experience in landscape construction
Strong field knowledge, ability to read blueprints, and manage crews
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Process-oriented and results-driven with a strong work ethic
Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Office, Procore, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management a plus
