Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, coordinating subcontractors, tracking costs, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
Supervise the construction process and manage all aspects of the project
Manage and supervise subcontractors and vendors
Process requests and update drawings as necessary
Comply with contract documents and review shop drawings
Estimate changes and implement safety plans
Prioritize tasks and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
Take progress photos and prepare daily reports
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
5+ years of experience in construction management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ProCore Software
Experience with MS Project Scheduling Software
Valid driver's license
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Good judgment and problem-solving skills
