Job Responsibility
Understands the rules, regulations, and Code of Professional Conduct of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)
Delegates work to audit staff, audit seniors, supervise work, provide feedback, and evaluate their progress
Effectively communicates (written and verbal) with clients and peers as needed
Performs an in-charge role on most client engagements
Effectively completes the broadest range of accountant tasks so that direct participation of supervisors, managers, or shareholders is kept to a minimum
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related fields is required
At least 2 - 4 years of experience in audit and assurance or a relevant position
Industry experience in Construction, Energy & Natural Resources, ERISA, Healthcare, High Net-Worth Family Office, Non-Profit, or Real Estate is considered a PLUS
