Job Description:

Candidates should have a strong experience in Administration of Microsoft 365, Azure and Purview. First 6 months onsite work required then hybrid work available.

Under broad guidance, the Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining and supporting the HRSD Wide Area Network (WAN), Local Area Network (LAN), and server infrastructure. Serves as the subject matter expert in the research, identification, implementation and support of IT-based solutions that meet HRSD business needs, goals and objectives. Communicates HRSD’s Mission, Vision and Values; provides long-term vision, strategic planning and implementation of innovative programs to continually improve HRSD performance.

Job Requirements
		Education Required •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or  •Education equivalency equals two years of directly related professional experience for every year of education not completed. The stated experience is in addition to any experience used to meet the education equivalency.   Experience  Required •Minimum 5 years as a network engineer designing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting network hardware/software within a multi-protocol, client/server, mid-tier, WAN infrastructure. •Exceptional technical knowledge and organizational skills in researching, planning and managing various IT projects and initiatives. •Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills. Desired •Microsoft 365 administration   Licenses and Certifications Requirements Required •One or more of the following certifications, to be obtained within the first six months of employment: •Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architecture Expert or •Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or •Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or •Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or •Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate •Valid driver’s license from state of residence  Desired
