Job Description:

In office, M-F during probationary period. Hybrid option available after probationary period

Under broad guidance, the Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for design, development, and maintenance of reports using various reporting tools for HRSD’s Customer Care Center and jurisdiction partners. Other responsibilities include designing and implementing functionality for Oracle-based applications to support the organization’s day-to-day operations. Specific duties include developing and maintaining reports and data extracts with highly complex programming procedures for financial and technical systems for a wastewater utility.

Job Requirements
		Education Required •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology field or a related discipline or a combination of education, experience, and or certification(s) that provide the necessary technical competencies to perform in this position. •Education equivalency equals two years of directly related professional experience for every year of education not completed. The stated experience is in addition to any experience used to meet the education equivalency.   Experience  Required •Minimum of 3 years as a programmer with at least two years’ concurrent demonstrable experience programming with enterprise software systems.  •Minimum of 2 years’ experience report writing for financial systems. Desired •Experience programming and/or report writing with Oracle Software systems. •Detailed understanding of systems software and database support best-practice policy and procedures.   Licenses and Certifications Requirements •Valid Driver’s license from a state of residence
