Supervise and track the productivity and accuracy of warehouse personnel in all areas, including receiving, storing, picking, staging, and preparing orders for shipment.
Resolve inventory discrepancies related to accuracy, shortages, overages, damages, and serialized product tracing.
Ensure proper handling, scanning, and recording of serialized items to maintain inventory integrity.
Ensure timely recharging of batteries for serialized items and update Oracle and install base accordingly.
Maintain and enforce high safety standards, adhering to company policies, good manufacturing practices, Food and Drug guidelines, and Drug Enforcement laws.
Oversee and adjust workload distribution based on service demands, ensuring operational efficiency.
Organize and encourage teamwork to meet daily shipping and operational requirements.
Oversee fleet truck routing, dock supervision, and the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, including TL, LTL, parcel shipments.
Generate and manage bills of lading, order consolidation, manifest development, and load prioritization.
Train and mentor new hires and contractors, ensuring they understand warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and operational standards.
Operate forklifts and other equipment as required, completing daily vehicle inspections and ensuring proper charging and maintenance.
Utilize handheld RF scanners for warehouse tasks, ensuring precise data entry, verification of product details, and recording serial numbers for accurate inventory management.
Load and unload trailers, verify order accuracy, and ensure compliance with shipping requirements.
Demonstrate flexibility by transitioning between warehouse functions as business needs demand, such as shifting from receiving to outbound picking within the same shift.
Ensure daily inventory cycle counts, and reported discrepancies are investigated and transacted in a timely manner.
Ensure efficient processing of returns, including written, documentation, restock inspections, and proper disposition.
Maintain expertise in Oracle transactions for product lookups, sub inventory moves, receipts, replenishments, and running BI reports to manage area of responsibility.
Assist in implementing and maintaining lean warehouse practices, including 5S methodology and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure general housekeeping duties are performed to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Work collaboratively within designated teams to support safety initiatives, process improvements, and overall warehouse efficiency.
Take on special assignments as needed to support business operations.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
Computer knowledge-proficient in MS Office applications i.e. word, excel
Warehouse management systems experience (i.e. Oracle EBS)
Experience using forklift equipment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Detail and process-oriented

Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Associate Degree preferred
5 years of warehousing experience across 2 or more areas (eg. receiving, inventory control, shipping, or returns) with demonstrated leadership traits,

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Stand and/or walk during shifts for extended periods
Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
