Position Overview The Civil Project Manager | Environmental will oversee and manage various civil engineering projects with an emphasis on environmental considerations. The role involves coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering high-quality outcomes for municipal projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and support staff.
Prepare and present project reports and proposals to stakeholders.
Review and approve design plans and specifications for civil projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
EIT (Engineer In Training) certification is required.
PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred.
Proven experience in civil design and municipal projects.
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and practices.
Experience with Microstation and construction management software is a plus.
Knowledge of water, wastewater, and storm water management systems is desirable.
Familiarity with infrastructure projects and construction oversight is advantageous.
