Role will support our Live Operations team across various tasks including review and auditing of the Case Break category as well as general support.
Case Break program auditing:
Review and spot check of our Case Break listings
Review of our Live Case Break events
Review and enforcement of policy
Deep understanding of Case Break and Trading card hobby
Operations Coordinator support:
Process coordination across program management, incentives, and onboarding
Managing administrative duties like scheduling meetings, managing documents, and coordinating communication between teams
Position 2: Live Seller Community and Enforcement
The Seller Community and Enforcement Specialist is responsible for monitoring, supporting, and enforcing our Live policies to maintain a fair and trustworthy selling environment.
Seller community management
Foster engagement and community by monitoring forums
Document feedback from sellers to improve policy
Policy Enforcement
Monitor seller activity to detect fraud, policy violations, and unfair practices
Investigate reports of misconduct
Issue warning and manage policy enforcement
Experience/deep knowledge in Live Streaming and/or collectibles community.
