Provides consulting services within the area of expertise for CMTC's critical client engagements and manages existing client relationships and project teams.
Participates in developing and refining CMTC products, services, and implementation strategies.
Provides training to Field Operations staff on CMTC's consulting product and service approaches and capabilities.
Provides oversight and training of external delivery resources within their field of expertise.
In coordination with the client advisor, assesses client needs, develops new client opportunities, and provides comprehensive statements of work/proposals with project schedules that ensure timely, impactful deliverables.
Develop multi-phased implementation strategies for CMTC transformational target accounts.
Participates in the business objectives of CMTC through direct sales efforts and support of the sales force.

Qualification Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required. A Master's degree (engineering or business) is preferred.
Minimum ten years of experience in consulting, manufacturing discipline, and engineering process development. Specific industry knowledge is a plus.
Proven experience, knowledge, and education to deliver lean manufacturing services.
She has proven the ability to lead multiple CI projects with varying scopes and durations, involving various personnel.
Proven ability to perform evaluation and problem identification in manufacturing and business management environments.
Ability to facilitate others or groups in a working environment.
Knowledge of TPS.
Proven leadership experience with significant and verifiable results.
Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.
Project management skills.
Personal Characteristics

Effectively communicates one-on-one or in small group settings.
