The Opportunity

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Growth Representative to join our team. In this customer-faced role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads by reaching out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and other prospecting methods. You will work directly with our Account Executives to set up demos, qualify leads, and help close deals. Your primary responsibility will be to handle a list of warm leads, engage them with targeted messaging, and generate at least 50-100 calls per day. You will be expected to book demos, engage in strategic outreach, and identify key opportunities at trade shows, conferences, and in relevant online communities. Other duties as assigned.

What you will be working on:
• Lead Outreach: Conduct a high volume of outreach, making at least 50-100 calls per day to potential customers, primarily focusing on warm leads.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects based on company size, industry, and other relevant criteria to determine whether they are a fit for our product/service.
• Demo Scheduling: Schedule product demos for our Account Executives to drive sales conversions.
• Prospecting: Utilize various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, trade shows, online communities, etc.) to connect with potential customers and grow your pipeline.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads, tracking all activities in CRM.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, ensuring proper follow-up and nurturing of leads.

Experience we would like you to have:
• B2B Sales Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) phone sales role, preferably as an SDR or in a comparable sales position.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with prospects and communicate our value proposition.
• Sales Techniques: Knowledge of sales processes, prospecting strategies, and the ability to navigate different sales conversations with potential customers.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet daily call quotas while staying organized.
• Independent & Team-Oriented: Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team player who shares insights and contributes to team success.
• Problem Solving & Negotiation: Ability to handle objections, engage in consultative selling, and negotiate terms as needed.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (Monday, HubSpot, etc.) and other sales tools.
