They enjoy developing new client relationships and nurturing the expansion of existing ones. They are highly responsive to our clients needs, and excited to help them find solutions through our unique, human-based accessibility products. Key responsibilities include:Identifying new clients and opportunities through regular prospecting activity.Building and expanding new and existing client relationships.Providing excellent customer service.Developing and presenting customized service proposals through Teams and Zoom.Responding to sales and service requests.Generating consistent sales revenue.Maintaining accurate sales data and generating reports through Salesforce.Collaborating closely with marketing, service delivery and subject matter expert team members.Desired ResultsClient Development Specialists are consistent performers who enjoy people, motivated by creating a more inclusive and accessible world, and working both independently and as part of a team. Skills, Traits and CompetenciesApplicant Minimal Skills, Traits and CompetenciesEducation Bachelors degree in communication and/or business (documented successful sales and prospecting experience cam replace this requirement)Experience 3-5 years documented success in prospecting/lead generation, sales and relationship building.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteProven experience in project managementSpecialty Focus Basic knowledge of digital accessibility measurements: WCAG, Section 508 and Title II of the Americans with Disability Act a plus. Location This role will be performed remotely with 1-2 days weekly in office requirement if the successful candidate resides in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Minnesota area.
