Job Description:

A Rare Opportunity to Shape the Future of a High-Growth Investment Firm

Are you a seasoned investment professional looking for a leadership role with significant earning potential, autonomy, and long-term growth opportunities? This is a newly created position with a fast-growing, highly stable firm that has achieved 25% annual revenue growth for 15 years-a rarity in the industry. With extremely low turnover and a strong, collaborative team culture, this is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Why This Role Stands Out
  • Newly Created Position - You will act as a change agent, helping to facilitate growth and bring portfolio management fully in-house.
  • High Earning Potential - Competitive $130,000 - $180,000 salary plus annual individual and team bonuses; team members average 8-10% annual raises.
  • Long-Term Growth & Ownership Potential - This role is built for someone who wants to grow with the firm, shape its investment strategies, and potentially earn an ownership stake.
  • Exceptional Stability & Team Culture - Most employees have been with the company 8-12+ years; the firm emphasizes work-life balance, collaboration, and professional development.
  • Autonomy & Influence - This is not a rigid corporate structure-you will have a high degree of control over investment decisions and portfolio strategies.

What You'll Do
  • Portfolio Management - Develop and implement tailored investment strategies, optimize portfolio performance, and oversee risk management.
  • Investment Research & Market Insights - Conduct in-depth market analysis, generate investment ideas, and lead the firm's quarterly market commentaries.
  • Client Engagement & Communication - Assist lead advisors with high-net-worth client meetings, provide economic insights, and educate team members on market trends.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship - Work closely with the trading and planning teams, mentor junior professionals, and contribute to firm-wide strategy discussions.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in portfolio management or investment analysis.
  • CFA or similar designation preferred (or a strong willingness to earn one).
  • Deep expertise in financial markets, investment vehicles, and risk management strategies.
  • Proactive, confident decision-making and a strong track record of investment success.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, advisors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Y-Charts, Morningstar, Envestnet, NetX360, and other portfolio management tools.

Why Now?

With continued rapid growth and a strong foundation, the firm is creating this role to enhance portfolio performance, increase AUM, and shape the next phase of its investment strategy. If you're looking for a rare opportunity to make a real impact and grow your career with a firm that values its people, this could be the perfect fit.
