An exciting Customer Service Lead based near Elk Grove Village, Illinois. As a Customer Service Representative Lead, you will be a key player in our clients customer care team, addressing customer queries, managing customer escalations, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
Compensation: $55k-$60k Annually

Responsibilities • Solves customer issues effectively and manages customer escalations in a timely manner. • Trains and develops the Customer Care Team to enhance their performance and skills. • Handles technical and customer escalations with professionalism and efficiency. • Maintains and updates corporate ordering portals and product catalogs. • Enters and processes orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment. • Other duties as required. • Proficient in Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and speed in capturing customer information • Ability to handle Email Correspondence effectively, responding to customer queries and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner • Experience with handling both Inbound and Outbound Calls, adept at managing customer expectations and providing excellent service • Skilled in Order Entry, able to process customer orders quickly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems, able to navigate and utilize the system effectively for various customer service tasks
