Day to Day:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have basic office experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include answering phones, greeting customers, filing paperwork alphabetically and chronologically, processing customer orders, and tracking orders. You will be responsible for managing the office storefront and front desk maintaining the office, handling clerical tasks, and addressing general inquiries. We're looking for someone who can quickly adapt to dynamic environments, as this is a construction setting with a fast-paced atmosphere.
This is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity paying $18-$22/hour based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
