Under immediate supervision, to assist in providing supervision and technical support to contract administration personnel on bridge and highway construction projects.
Assist in reviewing and approving contractor's work so that supplemental agreements, change orders, work orders and project payments are processed on time and the project is not delayed.
Assist in negotiating any necessary contract changes so that supplemental agreements, change orders, work orders and project payments are processed on time and the project is not delayed.
Exercise supervisory authority so that applicable labor agreements and plans are equitably administered and employees will effectively perform assigned job duties to ensure work is in conformance with specifications, plans, and special provisions; all materials incorporated into the work have been tested and accepted by the proper authority; and all project documentation is complete, accurate and in accordance with standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil or Construction Engineering Note: Applicants must have completed an acceptable degree with at least a "C" or 2.0 grade-point average or be enrolled in their last term, graduating by June, 2025. This information must be indicated on an unofficial copy of your transcript, as long as your name and grades are readable. If the selected applicant does not yet have their Bachelor's degree, all other offers of employment will be contingent upon successful completion of educational requirement.
Knowledge of Windows based operating systems, spreadsheet, and word-processing software applications as well as project scheduling software.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of highway construction, engineering, and contract administration.
