Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

The TAB Technician will be able to review project/system drawings and specification data for facilities systems that provide HVAC services to the manufacturing facility and support areas.

Position Requirements

New Tool and support equipment installation

1. Activate/deactivate temporary exhaust
2. Rough balance (exhaust)
3. Final balance (exhaust)
4. Tool exhaust adjustment balance
5. Complete reports documenting activities and settings.

System support checks and inspections

1. Complete periodical flow and pressure checks (PMs)
2. Conduct internal inspections of systems with the use of a borescope
3. Investigate/Troubleshoot system concerns or issues.

Systems

1. Air delivery system balancing
2. Process exhaust and vacuum system balancing
3. Hydronic system balancing (Heating water, Chilled water, Condenser water, Process Water, City water)

Reporting Requirements

Create and file all reports in accordance with the procedures governing the TAB activity Apply Now
