Technical/Functional Skills • 10-12 years of overall experience in SAP, with strong expertise in Source to pay. The last couple of years must be with SAP S/4. • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA MM module, especially procurement functionalities • Deep understanding of Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) modules for advanced planning scenarios. • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) module and its functionalities. • Experience with data modeling, data cleansing, and data migration techniques. • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and optimize planning processes. • Proficiency in configuration, customization, and reporting within S/4HANA. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Experience Required • Business Requirement Gathering: • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand planning needs, identify pain points, and define functional requirements for S/4HANA planning modules. • Solution Design: • Creating a detailed blueprint for the S/4HANA planning solution, including configuration settings, data flows, and integration points with other SAP modules. • Implementation and Configuration: • Performing system configuration within S/4HANA for production planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning. • Data Management: • Managing data quality and ensuring accurate data transfer between source systems and S/4HANA planning modules. • Integration with Other Systems: • Integrating S/4HANA planning with other SAP modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Quality Management (QM). • Testing and Quality Assurance: • Executing functional and integration testing to validate the planning solution and identify issues. • User Training and Support: • Providing training to end users on S/4HANA planning functionalities and resolving post-implementation support issues. • SAP certification(s) is a plus. • Experience integrating SAP systems with external systems is required. • Knowledge of GXP Processes is required. • Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment is required. • Experi ence in testing using qTest, Jira
Roles & Responsibilities • Process Design and Implementation: • Analyzing existing procurement processes and designing optimized workflows within the S/4 HANA platform. • Configuring S/4 HANA modules (MM, Ariba SCC) to support the Source to Pay process, including master data management, purchasing documents, and invoice verification. • Implementing new functionalities and updates within the S/4 HANA system to improve procurement efficiency. • User Training and Support: • Providing training to end-users on the S/4 HANA procurement functionalities and best practices. • Troubleshooting user issues and resolving system-related problems within the Source to Pay process. • Reporting and Analytics: • Generating reports and dashboards to monitor key procurement metrics like spend analysis, supplier performance, and cost savings. • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes based on data insights. • Project Management: • Leading and managing S/4 HANA Plan implementation projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure successful project execution.
