Job Description:
Our client, a DTC and retail eCommerce company is looking for a Director of Paid Search.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid search strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms for multiple websites
- Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments to inform campaign strategies
- Oversee and analyze campaign budget management and ensure optimal allocation of spend across platforms
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align campaigns with brand messaging, goals, and overall marketing strategy
- Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance
- Mentor and lead marketing associates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Provide performance reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth

Qualifications:5+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns
- Proven expertise in Google Shopping, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid search platforms
- Strong understanding of paid search strategy, performance metrics, and conversion optimization
- Experience with budget management and allocation across multiple channels
- Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data, reporting, and performance analysis
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
