Our client is a leading supplier of recreation equipment. They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative that is extremely driven by selling a product they can be excited and passionate about within their set/protected territory. Target focused includes but not limited to: Architectural Contractors, Landscape Contractors, Builders, Housing Complexes/Builders, and Schools/Education (Day Care, K-12+), Fitness Facilities, Recreation Centers and Retail. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be prospecting in the field for new prospects as well as building existing relationships (home office). Presentations are made to small and large clients (Lunch and Learns), therefore you possess strong presentation skills. Candidates must be comfortable selling a complex product as well as a longer sales cycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Min. 3+ years Business to Business Sales experience selling building materials, construction sales and/or architectural sales required
Project Management experience
Seeking sales backgrounds with experience selling new business as well as relationship sales
Experience with a long sales cycle, RFPs
Excellent presentation skills (small and large groups)
Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Solid experience with CRM, Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and time management skills
Offering:
Base Salary $50,000 - $60,000
Uncapped Commissions (current projects = $50,000+ in commissions)
Year 1 @ plan $110,000 - $120,000
