Join our Research & Development team to drive innovation in semiconductor SiC wafer fabrication. You'll develop and refine laser anneal, BM, and BG processes, working closely with engineering and production teams to enhance power device manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize wafer process modules, focusing on Laser Anneal/BM/BG for SiC wafers.
Execute process development tasks and integrate new technologies.
Maintain and improve process specifications and design rules.
Design experiments, analyze data, and document findings.
Assist in transferring new technologies from R&D to manufacturing.
Collaborate with sustaining process engineers to ensure process control and documentation.
Ensure process flows are accurate across assigned equipment.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific or Engineering field preferred.
5+ years of wafer fab experience.
Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industry technologies.
Hands-on experience with laser anneal/BM/BG equipment.
Familiarity with modern manufacturing concepts (JIT, Kaizen, SPC, etc.).
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with tools like Nexx Apollo, Accretech, Disco, and 3D Micromac is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands for tools and controls.
Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
Typing and computer work required.
