You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling the production processes and material flow within a manufacturing environment.
You will ensure that production targets are met, materials are available when needed, and costs are managed efficiently.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in production planning or inventory management
Experience in material control (preferred) ? Knowledge of ERP and SAP systems is a plus
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize factory capacity ? Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure that production plans align with operational goals
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate planned or unexpected changes
Manage inventory levels to ensure that materials are available to meet production needs
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies
Analyze production costs and work to optimize material usage and reduce waste
Collaborate with Procurement Teams to negotiate terms with suppliers and control material costs
Monitor and report on production and material costs to executives
Work closely with Production, Procurement, and Logistics Teams to ensure adherence to production schedules
Communicate production plans, material needs, and potential issues to relevant stakeholders
