Responsibilities:
Follow Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)
Adapt, maintain and operate analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, TOC, UV, etc. and minor trouble shooting of equipment.
Perform routine laboratory analysis, such as finished product testing, dissolution testing, stability testing, raw material testing, cleaning verification testing and manufacturing in-process testing.
Documentation of log books, in-house calibration records, temperature and humidity records, etc.
Perform analytical testing on finished products, In-process (Blend Uniformity), and Cleaning Validation samples.
Developing, reviewing, and updating standard operating procedures for the laboratory.
Conducting regular audits to ensure all lab processes are running correctly.
Ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry ,Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related field.
Must have prior experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry, using analytical techniques including HPLC and GC.
Must have knowledge of cGMPs, Quality Concepts, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong attention to detail.
