What you should know:
The Store Planner must be experienced in the design of retail environments using Revit and some AutoCAD software. Proficiency in BIM family development is a plus. You will report to the Director of Store Planning. Knowledge in architectural design is a plus.
What you will do:
Develop store plans, layouts, and construction documents using 2D and 3D models in Revit and Auto Cad
Meet assigned timelines and metrics
Work with landlords, building departments, architects, and engineers
Partner with internal Real Estate, Construction, and Visual Merchandising departments to ensure that design intent is met
Create cost-effective design solutions for assigned store planning projects related to remodels and new store construction
