What You'll Do
? Develop and execute supply chain and operations strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
? Oversee procurement, supplier negotiations, and vendor management to ensure cost-effective and timely material sourcing.
? Manage production planning and scheduling to align with customer demand, optimize inventory, and minimize lead times.
? Drive lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and eliminate waste.
? Optimize inventory management, warehousing, and logistics to ensure seamless distribution and supply chain flow.
? Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
? Work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and finance teams to align operations with broader business objectives.
? Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance supply chain and operations team to foster a results-driven culture.
What You Bring
???? Expertise in end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management.
???? Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and operational excellence methodologies.
???? Experience with ERP systems like Syspro for demand planning, procurement, and inventory management.
???? Ability to align manufacturing processes with business demands, reducing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
???? Familiarity with ISO standards, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance best practices.
???? A proven leader with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach to driving business success.
???? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong problem-solving mentality.
Preferred Qualifications
???? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
???? Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, PMP are highly desirable.
???? 12+ years of leadership experience in supply chain and operations, preferably in industrial, heavy off-road, automotive, or filtration-related industries.
