IT Systems Administrator - Windows & Desktop Support (Hybrid Ohio)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Systems Administrator (Tier 2 Support) to join our team in Westfield Center, Ohio. This role is ideal for an IT support professional with 1-3 years of experience in help desk, desktop support, and system administration. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, managing Windows environments, and supporting end users across 4500 devices. Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting support for hardware, software, desktops, laptops, and printers.
Resolve Easy Vista tickets (approx. 40 per day) via phone, online, or in-person support.
Administer Active Directory (AD) - manage users, computers, and Group Policy settings.
Support Windows 10 & 11 enterprise environments, including system updates and patches.
Manage SCCM Imaging for automated system deployments.
Assist with network troubleshooting, Citrix support, and route policy configurations.
Deploy and administer antivirus software, security patches, and system updates.
Collaborate with teams on end-user computing initiatives and optimization projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Group Policy Management.
Experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and printers in an enterprise environment.
Familiarity with SCCM imaging and software deployment.
