We're seeking an Office Services Supervisor to lead a team of 3-4 associates, focusing on Office Services (60%) and Hospitality (40%). This is a hands-on leadership role ensuring seamless operations while supporting executive leadership in achieving strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and support a team to ensure efficient service delivery. Develop processes to optimize productivity and collaborate with leadership to enhance workflows.
Mail Management: Oversee accurate sorting, distribution, and processing of mail, including specialized outgoing mail like certified and registered items.
Meeting Support: Ensure meeting spaces are prepared and participants are welcomed promptly.
Print Production: Execute print services with precision, including quality control, binding, and handling digital files.
Client Experience: Foster positive client relationships, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a professional office environment. Manage workspace occupancy and assist with guest hospitality.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in related roles, with at least 2 years in team leadership.
Reprographics experience is highly preferred,
Skills: Proven ability to mentor teams, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital file management.
Facilities Management: Experience in vendor negotiations, budget oversight, and maintaining professional spaces.
Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
