Primary Functions:
Perform material take-offs
Prepare and present project estimates by gathering proposals, prints, specs, and other project related documents
Provide labor estimates for SOW
Change Order pricing
Contract Review
Qualifications:
5yrs experience in civil takeoff/estimating or similar field
Construction Experience - prior field experience is a plus
Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Science is a plus
Experience with 3D Earthwork software
Experience with Scheduling software(P6, MS Project)
Well versed in Microsoft Office products
