LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a publicly traded healthcare company to hire a Supervisor of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management in Fort Worth, TX. We are seeking an experienced leader with expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management and Athenahealth billing software. This role will oversee a team of 12-13 professionals, ensuring efficiency and compliance in billing, claims processing, and collections.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle process, including patient registration, billing, claims management, collections, and accounts receivable.
Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance on best practices in revenue cycle management.
Ensure accurate and timely claims submission to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers.
Monitor and analyze KPIs (denial rates, AR days, collections, billing accuracy) to drive process improvements.
Identify strategies to enhance cash flow, reduce denials, and optimize revenue cycle workflows.
Serve as the Athenahealth subject matter expert, providing training and support to the team.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to resolve billing issues and maintain accurate patient data.
Stay updated on healthcare regulations and payer requirements to ensure compliance.
Conduct routine audits to verify accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
Qualifications:
?? 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management required.
?? 1+ year of hands-on experience with Athenahealth billing software required.
?? 3+ years of experience leading and supervising a revenue cycle team in a multi-specialty medical group or similar environment required.
?? Strong knowledge of billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), and collections.
?? Familiarity with HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and other healthcare regulations.
?? Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
?? Ability to analyze financial data and optimize revenue cycle performance.
?? Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
