CLIENT: Our client is a Fortune 100 company & the world's largest manufacturer of construction equipment.
Role Overview:
This role is an addition to the Change Management team within Global Program Management (GPM). The team has seen increased demand for change management support, and this position will provide services to various internal groups, divisions, or individuals.
The Change Manager will work directly with internal clients to drive and manage change transformation efforts. They will have access to onboarding, training, and mentorship to support their success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage organizational change transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to support change management efforts across multiple projects.
Guide stakeholders through the change process, ensuring alignment with our clients change management framework.
Communicate effectively to drive engagement and adoption of change initiatives.
Facilitate meetings, training sessions, and change-related discussions.
Monitor progress and provide structured reports on change initiatives.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications (Required):
5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and influence without authority.
