Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Estimator located in Doraville, GA. The Sr. Estimator will be responsible for conducting detailed material take-offs, preparing estimates, analyzing project specifications, and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors. Day-to-day tasks include preparing bids, tracking project costs, and ensuring compliance with construction and safety standards. The role requires collaboration with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in material take-offs and cost estimation
Familiarity with project specifications, and construction standards
Experience in reviewing blueprints and technical documents
Ability to coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Proficiency with estimation software and MS Office Suite
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
