A Day in the Life of the Talent Development & Assessment Strategist

In this role, you'll work closely with Lowe Law Group's leadership team to develop, train, and assess their teams across various departments. You'll be responsible for creating training programs that align with employees' skills and position requirements, helping to drive the company's growth goals. Your ability to communicate effectively and motivate teams will be key in helping Lowe Law Group scale and develop top talent.

Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with department leaders to create and implement training materials, schedules, and effective delivery methods
  • Building, growing, and training teams to ensure that employees have the right skills for their roles
  • Directly supporting Lowe Law Group in achieving its organizational and growth goals
  • Overseeing the leadership development program under executive direction

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development
  • Proven experience helping scale a midsize company by developing and training employees across multiple departments
  • Experience creating training materials, schedules, and effective delivery methods to improve the talent of all employees through proper training programs
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
