Key Accountabilities
Meet or exceed targets
Manage leads and pipeline
Build relationships with prospects, gaining referrals
Accurate documentation of sales process in CRM
Hit quota targets aligned to lead generation created in NA
Key Qualifications
1+ years' experience in a BDR or Junior Sales role
Daily outreach to prospective customers with a minimum of 100 calls a day, via phone, email, social media, etc.
Identify lead generation channels outside of Marketing to prospect for opportunities
Conduct high-level conversations with prospects to identify need with of outsourcing with value proposition of TOA Schedule "introduction all to identify prospects
Consistently meet or outreach activities, align to pipeline with qualified leads based on Account Executive quota
Attend conferences and events for lead generation purposes
Other duties as assigned
