About the Role

This is a great opportunity for the right person who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, scheduling discovery calls, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve our sales goals and growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Generating new business opportunities through various channels, including outbound cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Contacting and qualifying potential customers to understand their needs and determine their specific needs for our products or services.
  • Scheduling calls and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline using customer relationship management software, ensuring timely follow-up and progress towards sales goals.
  • Capture and analyze key outreach metrics to measure the effectiveness of our program and make data-driven improvements.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and provide insights to the sales team.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation efforts, and results to management.
  • Collaboration closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding our customer base.
  • Other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

High school degree required, and associate's degree preferred

Required Skills

  • 2 or more years of experience in sale or customer service, preferably in a B2B or tech industry.
  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task for maximum efficiency without sacrificing accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and pleasant phone manner to service incoming and outgoing calls
  • Proficiency in use of computers and software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented work ethic
  • Microsoft Office Suite
