About the Role
This is a great opportunity for the right person who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, scheduling discovery calls, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve our sales goals and growth targets.
Responsibilities
Generating new business opportunities through various channels, including outbound cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
Contacting and qualifying potential customers to understand their needs and determine their specific needs for our products or services.
Scheduling calls and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline using customer relationship management software, ensuring timely follow-up and progress towards sales goals.
Capture and analyze key outreach metrics to measure the effectiveness of our program and make data-driven improvements.
Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and provide insights to the sales team.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation efforts, and results to management.
Collaboration closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding our customer base.
Other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
High school degree required, and associate's degree preferred
Required Skills
2 or more years of experience in sale or customer service, preferably in a B2B or tech industry.
Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. HubSpot experience is a plus.
Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task for maximum efficiency without sacrificing accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional and pleasant phone manner to service incoming and outgoing calls
Proficiency in use of computers and software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented work ethic
