Responsibilities

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
Maintain stock levels by organizing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are appealing.
Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance on best practices in retail sales.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Perform basic retail math to assist with inventory management and sales tracking.
Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for both customers and staff.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Familiarity with POS systems and retail math concepts is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in grocery store settings is advantageous but not required.
