About Shyne Network Shyne Network is a SaaS company built to serve the underserved vendors in multifamily while helping property management teams reduce vacancy loss. We provide an operating tool that streamlines vendor operations, automates scheduling and invoicing, integrates with industry platforms, and ensures quality execution.
We've tested our platform through over 2,000 transactions across 50 properties in Denver, and have been using it to operate our own make-ready business for nearly 3 years. This real-world experience has been key in refining our platform to address the challenges of vendors and property managers alike.
Vendors in the multifamily industry face significant pain points: late payments, disorganization, unpredictable schedules, and being blamed for problems outside their control. These challenges affect their ability to grow and succeed. We know these frustrations firsthand and are deeply committed to creating tools that empower vendors to thrive.
Shyne Network changes the game by building software that empowers vendors while giving property managers real-time visibility and control over their operations. We're looking for a Technical Co-Founder who has experience in PropTech and has helped scale a company from 0 to $5M in revenue. The Role As Technical Co-Founder, you'll lead the development of our SaaS platform, scaling our systems, and driving AI-powered automation that transforms vendor management. You'll work closely with our team to build a robust front-end in React Native and back-end in Laravel, with a vision for future mobile expansion.
You'll also be instrumental in shaping our company's culture, strategy, and technical direction-creating solutions that empower vendors and provide real-time insights for property managers to make better decisions. This is not just about building software; it's about impacting real lives and solving critical issues for a community that needs it.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and scale our SaaS platform - Build a robust, scalable system for vendor operations and property management oversight.
Develop front-end in React Native - Build an intuitive, user-friendly mobile and web interface that vendors love to use.
Develop back-end in Laravel - Ensure smooth, high-performance integrations and workflows for vendors and property managers.
Create AI-powered automation - Develop smart workflows for scheduling, task management, and predictive analytics to streamline unit turns.
Integrate with industry platforms - Connect with QuickBooks, Vendor Cafe, Entrata, and other property tech solutions to enhance automation.
Lead and grow the engineering team - Build a high-performing dev team to execute on our vision.
Ensure security and reliability - Optimize infrastructure for compliance, performance, and scale.
Collaborate on strategy and fundraising - Work alongside the founding team to shape company direction and drive growth.
Who You Are
PropTech experience - You have experience scaling a PropTech SaaS business from $0 to $5M in revenue.
SaaS-first mindset - You understand B2B SaaS, product-led growth, and scaling enterprise software.
Full-stack expertise - Proficiency in React Native, Laravel, Node.js, Python, AWS, or similar tech stacks.
Automation and integrations expert - Experience with APIs, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.
AI-driven thinker - Bonus points for knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics for operational efficiency.
