SUMMARY
The primary purpose of CSS is to quote customer and network pricing requests, ensure customer profiles are complete, and guarantee proper Customer relationship at local level
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide Customer and Network with quotations upon request
Reply to customer and internal pricing requests with required information including: Transport mode, price, and transit time
Ensure quotation follow-up
Request solutions expertise of the MO Solution - Customer Expert Solution (CES) if specific solution, or pricing improvement, is required
Secure formalization and maintenance of the validated Quotations
Complete Customer Profile in Coordination with the Customer Operation Support (COS)
Formalize SOPs / Customer profiles, taking into account customers' expectations, requirements, and specific constraints (Scope & level of service)
Share SOPs / Customer profiles with the MO Solution - Customer Expert Solution (CES) and the MO Operations - Order Desk Support (ODS) / Customer Operation Support (COS) / International Freight Forwarding Operator (IFFO)
Update and maintain the SOPs / Customer Profiles, in coordination with the MO Operations - Customer Operation Support (COS)
Manage Customer Relationship
Assist Inside and Outside Sales; handling enquiries, visiting customers
Manage customer relationship; anticipate needs, gather constraints and requirements, and maintain rates validity
Monitor customer satisfaction experience (KPI, gap identification) and liaise with MO Solution and Operations for continuous improvement
QHSE
Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree & above, or relevant working experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in bid / tender management, and minimum 3 years in Transportation / Logistics industry
Experience in a fast paced and dynamic MNC environment
Experience in freight-forwarding industry
Pricing and market knowledge
Ability to interpret company's strategy and transfer into proposals and bids to uncover new opportunities
Ability to read, interpret and analyze RFI and RFQ documents in a timely manner
Independent Team Player and able to work under pressure
Results driven, customer-oriented and meticulous
Strong PC skills in Microsoft office applications
Strong organizational skills (prioritize, plan, multi-task, assign, follow and control)
Excellent analytical, planning and numeric skills
Goal oriented and driven, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
Positive, highly adaptable and possesses strong people skills
