*Parking and Transportation Maintenance Specialist at University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Job Description:

We are currently building world-class institutes for the treatment of diabetes and cancer. We are looking for a Parking and Transportation Maintenance Specialist to join the team! This position independently removes trash and cleans parking garages and lots 



Duties: 

• 
  Disposal. Disposes of trash and waste products. 
  
  


• 
  Cleaning. Cleans parking garage flooring, curbs and stairwells. 
  
  


• 
  Operation of Equipment. Operates various equipment including a drivable sweeper, high-pressure power washer, leaf vacuum and snow plow. 
  
  


• 
  Emergency response. Responds to the need for snow and ice duty. 
  
  


• 
  As needed. Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the functions of any site support position to include assisting any skilled trade.
  
  

Education/Experience: None required

 

Skills:

• 
  

  Ability to operate drivable sweeper, high-pressure power washer, leaf vacuum, and snow plow

  
  

Certifications/Licenses: 

• Valid Driver’s License

Working Conditions: 

• Must be able to work on feet, and outside in the elements for duration of shift.

Department Preferences: 

• 
  High School Diploma or GED
  
  


• 
  12 months custodial experience
