About The Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Owner to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success of projects that impact our core products, which includes customer sales and legal documents required to support the sales process. The Product Owner will manage and optimize the backlog, ensuring that all items impacting these products are addressed efficiently. They will represent the voice of the customer and stakeholders within the development process, collaborating with various stakeholders, including customers and business leaders. The Product Owner will help maintain focus within the scrum process to ensure that the products deliver maximum value to both our customers and the business.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects related to the Customer Service Summary and Retail Installment Agreements.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, and the development team.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define product vision and strategy.
  • Keep the development team focused and motivated to achieve product milestones.
  • Continuously gather and analyze feedback to improve product offerings.


Qualifications:
  • 2 years proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a software development environment.
  • 2 years experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Demonstrated experience in managing and prioritizing a product backlog.
  • 4 years experience with customer sales experience with regard to sales and legal documents.


Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and principles. Proficiency in using product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms. Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas with internal and external stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to gather insights from product usage and customer feedback.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to various audiences. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, customers, and team members.

Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve product goals. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with business leaders, stakeholders, and development teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into actionable product requirements. Commitment to delivering high-quality products that provide value to customers and the business.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align product vision with overall business objectives. Experience in defining and executing product roadmaps that align with market demands and business goals.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Willingness to continuously learn and improve processes and practices.

Job Contribution:
  • Lead level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on AT&T Sales Documents.


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.

Our Lead Tech Business Mgmt, earns between $106,100.00-$159,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
