Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team in Bellevue, WA. This exciting role involves leading cutting-edge projects in the consumer robotics space, working on-site five days a week, and collaborating with top talent in the industry.
Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements, write specifications, and manage project schedules from design to release.
• Lead and coordinate design and implementation efforts between internal and external teams to develop optimal solutions.
• Communicate goals and desired outcomes to cross-functional and remote project teams, making tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market.
• Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, managing ambiguity and competing priorities while driving high-level strategic initiatives.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.

Skills

• Strong technical program management background with experience leading medium to large programs.
• Ability to break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces and deliver them successfully and timely.
• Excellent judgment, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Engineering with 3-5 years of industry experience as a software developer or technical lead.
• Proven track record of working effectively across different groups within an organization.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Robotics and AI/ML software development.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong program management skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical business owners to achieve goals.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
