About the Role



We're seeking an experienced project management focused CRM & Communications Manager to lead our internal collaboration strategy and seller communication execution. This role combines technical CRM expertise with strategic communication skills to drive seller success and satisfaction.



What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and optimize CRM systems and workflows to enhance seller experience and operational efficiency
  
  


• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for our seller community
  
  


• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve seller engagement and retention
  
  


• Manage relationships with key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Business teams
  
  


• Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  
  


• Create and maintain documentation for CRM processes and best practices
  
  


• Oversee the development and implementation of automated communication workflows
  
  


• Mentor junior team members on CRM best practices and communication strategies
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in CRM system design and implementation
  
  


• Proven track record of creating effective seller-focused communications and content
  
  


• 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  
  


• Strong technical understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  
  


• Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
  
  


• Deep understanding of seller success metrics and KPIs
  
  


• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  
  


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1 year's experience working in cross-functional teams.
