  • Experience within a similar role, ideally within the Insurance or Financial Services Industries

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills leveraging both traditional (e.g. Office; Teams) tools as well as software lifecycle tools (e.g. Jira)

  • Ability and willingness to collaborate at all levels of a global organization to ensure the successful implementation of change

  • An inquisitive mind that is not afraid to question current ways of thinking

What makes you stand out:

  • Understanding of the insurance market-players, processes, technologies, and content

  • Understanding of Data Management and Data Governance concepts, processes, technologies, and issues

  • Experience with DCAM or other data maturity assessment tools.

  • Hands-on experience with the Informatica suite of Data Management and Governance tools

  • Understanding of business process design and systems change management

  • Familiarity with data modeling and design methods
